Today I went to the doctor for some blood tests..I've done this before and I always get terrified by the thought of doing it again.
Needles are one of my worst nightmares!
But today's experience left it's watermark on my skin,
and my arm hurts. It feels very uncomfortable when I am using the mouse or when I try to type;
I feel tired and weak and sleepy since I got home from the doctor.
Can someone teach me how to switch off?
Just want to switch off..and think of nothing,
Just want to switch off and think of nothing!
